Bagels & Finding the best diet for weight-loss...

Remember that one bagel incident from a couple of weeks ago??  Well, bagels are happening about twice a week for breakfast now.  This morning I had a whole grain bagel topped with my latest spread obsession which consists of, a serving of Peanut Butter and Co. powder peanut butter and, half a serving of Trader Joe's Pumpkin Butter, topped with diced strawberries.

Such a lovely combo! 

I had my bagel along side eggs over veggies which, BTW, has been my go-to breakfast combo as of lately.  I am sure my breakfast craving will change soon but, as of right now this has been absolutely dreamy in the morning 

I got to tell ya, having that bagel in the morning has been the perfect fuel for my power-lifting sessions...  Energy for days, brah!

  1. As much as i want to go on a healthy diet, i am unable to make that move. I feel as if i am growing weak and if i don't take sugar i feel my fuel is running out.
