Full Day of Eating Video (Macro-Nutrient Breakdown)

Happy Monday!  I hope your week is off to a good start.  Yesterday I posted a video on the YouTube channel sharing a full day of eating.  I have included my current macro-nutrient breakdown as well as my total calories for the day.

One of my most popular posts on the blog is the "1200 calorie day".  I no longer go that low in calories for weight-loss.  Weight loss is such a personal thing, there is not a "one diet, fits all" approach.  What I am sharing on this video is a healthy and maintainable way to go about weight-loss, that works for me.  I love a flexible dieting approach which includes high nutrient dense foods, enough calories for a successful weight loss for my body weight, and the occasional treat.  These days, I focus on hitting macro-nutrients numbers, rather than calorie counting.

  2. Such a great video! You are right, everyone is different when it comes to diet and exercise. I try to eat consistently, but that is what I struggle with the most. My weight would be so much better if I stuck to a specific meal plan. I'll keep working on it! :)
