Tone It Up 2015 Bikini Series Update

Happy Monday!  I hope you are all doing well.  I had a wonderful weekend working on house stuff, our garden and just getting organized for the week.  How was your weekend?  No exciting outings over the weekend to report but, nevertheless it was a lovely weekend.

Last Friday I posted a mid plan update of the Tone It Up Bikini Series for 2015.  If you have not seeing that video you can watch it by clicking HERE or below.

I go over my thoughts on the #BIKINISERIES so far and whether or not I would recommend it to you.  I also show you a day of eating on week three as well as a day of eating on week four which, (spoiler alert) I ended up tweaking a bit to fit my macro-nutrient needs.  I hope you guys watch and enjoy.

  3. I just kind of started following along with the Tone it Up series with the free workouts..I am also doing Kayla Itsine's Bikini Body Guide as well. I have only done 2 of the exercises from the TIU series but I like it so far..I like how I can watch the videos on my phone or where ever I am.

  4. Great post! I've been just watching what I've been eating and drinking more water. My family and my boyfriend keep telling me I've lost weight, but I can't see it yet. I guess we will see once I go to the Dr on Thursday :) Those granola bars look so yummy!

  6. Great Post! I am going to Hawaii in a few months, so toning up for the bikini is great advice! I covered a fashion event at Macys...it was great fun! Thanks for sharing!
