Tone It Up 2015 Bikini Series Review

Happy Monday!  I hope you had an amazing weekend.  I had the best weekend celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary.  We had a fantastical time at a local winery followed by devouring an amazing replica of our wedding cake.  Joseph has done this every year, he manages to find someone to do a mini version of our wedding cake.  I think it is super adorable that he goes through so much trouble, this has now become a tradition and the one thing I look forward to every year!  I am blessed to have my best friend as my husband.  Could not ask for a better man to spend the rest of my life with...

I have been following my own version of their #bikiniseries for the last two weeks now.  This is the first time Karena & Katrina team up with Registered Dietitian, Lori Zanini for a meal by meal guide for the entire duration of the bikini series.  The meal plan is exclusive to ToneItUp Nutrition Plan Members.

  This year's Bikini Series plan consists of new recipes, a daily meal by meal guide, meal alternatives, a daily workout schedule, and so much more.  I was curious about it, so I reviewed the plan and was sold when I saw that a registered dietitian was behind it and that the meals worked with the macro-nutrient breakdown I had already being following for weight loss.  Score!

Here are some of the meals I had from the plan...
Meal 1: Berry Bliss Bars (from the 8 week nutrition plan)
Meal 2:  Yogurt, chia seeds and fruit
Meal 3: Pasta Salad  (which I bulked up with extra veggies)
Meal 4: An egg and 2 egg-whites (not on plan)
