My Health & Fitness Suplements

Last Friday I shared my Health & Fitness Supplements over the YouTube channel.  Often I am asked questions as to what are the best supplement products to take?  I have always felt a bit iffy with answering those sort of questions because I tend to rely on whole foods and not on supplements to support my training.

If you are interested in any of the supplements in this video,  I recommend doing research and always choose to supplement with natural sources.

I want to be clear, my intention is not to make you feel like you need supplements in order to get the most out of your health and fitness journey. I have made many mistakes by following health and fitness trends, and sometimes knowing which supplements to choose from can be overwhelming.  One thing to take note of is that the fitness supplement arena is a multimillion dollar industry and a lot of marketing goes in to promoting these.

The products that I use are natural, and I have researched my self prior to taking them.  As with anything I put in my body, I read the ingredient list and listen to my bodies reaction to them.

Always keep in mind...  a successful healthy lifestyle requires consistency in both health and fitness.  There isn't a magic pill to cure a bad diet.  Dedication and the will to change unhealthy eating habits to healthier ones, is KEY!

Please feel free to share any comments or questions below, I will be happy to answer them.

  2. I recently started using greens from It Works. I put two scoops in my water and it gives me 8 servings of veggies and fruits, which is good because I have trouble getting that many into my diet!

  4. Great post- I totally agree that health and fitness must come from diet and habits first and foremost, with supplements as additional support.
