Valentine's Day Recipe Round-Up

Today is a very exciting day for me because I got the OK from the hubby to book my hotel stay and get tickets to Fitbloggin'15, which is in Denver this year.  I have never attended the conference but, have heard great things about their past ones.  I am sooooo looking forward to June!  Anyone attending the conference?  Can't wait! ;o)

Anyway, as promised on my Portion Control Week post, I have a humble Valentine's Day Recipe Round Up for you today. 

What are your plans for the L.O.V.E Day?  I have mentioned it before but, hubby and I do not make a big fuss about Valentines Day.  We stick to a Chicken Cacciatore dinner that we prepare together, some wine and perhaps one of the sweet treats I am about to share with you below.

We are one of those weird couples who tend to think that showing someone you care about that they are loved, should be an everyday thing not just a one day celebration.

  3. These all look so decadent and delicious (and healthy!), I'm definitely going to have to try at least one of them out. Also, have you tried the protein cakes? I've never heard of cakes before, but pancakes for sure.

  5. Okay, a chocolate protein cake sounds perfect! I bet I could eat that and not even realize much of a difference! I will have to try it!

    1. It is going to be my first time... I am so excited... I used to live in Alaska and all the conference were super duper expensive for me as far as travel.. they are hosting it in Denver this year.. I could not pass it up now that I live in Colorado...
