I do not know about you but, music has always been a big part of my life. Whenever I am feeling down, happy, in love, excited or silly I always can rely on a good song to spice up that feeling.
As a personal trainer or fitness instructors we depend on music to set the mood for a sweaty session. When I am working out on my own I keep it easy with my favorite workout mix from Pandora. I know that there are tons of music apps out there, but, I tend to always go back to Pandora.
Fun Fact: I used to be a pretty good singer, I was selected to sing at a national choir when I was 12 years old. I was too shy to participate, so I opted out of it. One of those things that I always think back and regret...
My little sister Andrea is a very talented singer. She is going to kill me for sharing this with you all, but click HERE to hear her sing lol...

When it is time to stretch, I love me some Ed Sheeran! Ohh Ed... This man is just so talented and I have to admit that I first fell in love with "Thinking Out Loud" during a not so happy day for me and the hubby. This song came on the radio after a calm silent moment during a brief minute of bickering between the hubby and I. The song came on and we just looked at each other, hugged, laughed, cried a little bit and then went back to loving each other again. LOL!

Another perfect song for stretching or after conquering a tough sweaty session is "Conqueror" by Estelle. Joseph also introduced me to this one. He said this song made him think of me.
