Workout, Dreamy Morning Oats Recipe & GIVEAWAY WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT!

I woke up today with tons of energy and craving a huge bowl of oats with yummy toppings.  In fact I had a dream about having oats for breakfast.  You know you are a healthy foodie when you dream about oatmeal...  lol

My day started with my usual lemon warm water combo, then headed downstairs for a sweaty session of my Back to Basics HIIT workout I posted on Instagram yesterday.

On to my dreamy morning oats!
Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1/3 cups of rolled oats
a pinch of salt
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
a scoop of vanilla brown rice protein powder (optional)
stevia to taste

Toppings:
1/3 of a banana
a hand full of chopped pecans
 1 tbsp. of cacao nibs
a tbsp. pomegranate seeds
a tbsp. of dry raisins (no sugar added)

I am aware that all of you healthy foodies know how to make oats!  Bring water, salt, cinnamon and stevia to a boil.  Add in your oats and reduce heat to medium low.  At this point you can add in your protein powder.  Continue cooking oats for about 5 minutes.  
Serve and top with your favorite toppings.  This combo was delish! 

 Let's just say, my dreams came true with this bowl of goodness!
