Holiday Recipe Round Up...

Are you worried about the meals you'll be consuming this Holiday Season?
If you are attending a party opt to bring healthier alternatives to those traditional dishes.  Try to enjoy time with family and friends and less time thinking about what you are putting in your mouth.

  6. Those are some great alternatives. I will probably still eat the food I shouldn't and eat too much but I am hoping since I have been losing weight during the holiday season I can stay on track after the holidays.

  9. i definitely just eat what i want during the holidays and deal with it for the new years after. :P probably need to start cutting down and eating healthier though.

  11. I have been trying to live by that philosophy, eat well throughout the year and bring the house down on christmas but thats not to say i do not treat myself throughout the year.

  12. Yummy round-up! The one that jumped out at me was the eggnog... it's something that I so rarely have, but is such a fun holiday treat.. :) I usually can't make it through an entire carton of store-bought eggnog, but maybe doing the homemade version means that I can scale down to just a cup for so... just right for me. Xmas day traditions... don't have any really, besides opening presents. ;) Happy holidays!

  13. My boyfriends family are all quite healthy, so our Christmas dinner was actually not bad for me at all! I always love a good treat at Christmas too. I've had a lot of chocolate though... oops!
