A Work-week worth of workouts...

Happy HuMp Day!  I am feeling better today.  Unfortunately, I have not made anything exciting in the kitchen this week due to the baby food eating situation I shared with you on my previous post.  I did want to share 5 workouts I have posted on my Instagram account.  I post a new workout on Instagram every Tuesday, feel free to follow me @ahealthier_fitterme so you do not miss a post.  

I have mentioned this before, however, I do not know about you but I feel so, so good after a cardio session.  I have always recommend dedicating at least 30 minutes of your day, 5 days a week, for a good sweaty session.  

Daily physical activity will aid  lower the risk of developing chronic diseases such as heart disease
and type 2 diabetes. Physical activity also has beneficial therapeutic-effects and is commonly recommended as part of the treatment for many medical conditions.   Additionally, if weigh loss is your goal, you need to incorporate exercise into your daily routine along with a whole foods well balanced diet in order to be successful.

Please consult your doctor prior to starting a workout routine or of any dietary changes.  Feel free to adjust the workouts according to your fitness level.
