Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend. My weekend was an eventful one, to say the least! It started with a fun interview with @denverhealth (on Instagram) and ended with Christian in the hospital for a broken arm, a bump on the right side of his head as well as stitches on his left ankle. Fun times, I tell ya, fun times... In case you were wondering, it was a bicycle accident. Christian is OK and back to his old self after an intense couple of days.
I have an adventurous boy, what can I say!
Speaking of being adventurous and of risky situations, I started posting weekly YouTube videos. My videos will now go up every Friday. Yesterday, I shared a recipe for my Healthy Chocolates, which I feel is very appropriate for Halloween. Click HERE if you would like to watch the video.

A few months ago (when I was working on finishing my PTC) I shared that I would only be able to post on Wednesday. Now, that I am working on just one certification I have a bit more time to dedicate to the blog. My blogging schedule is now Mondays and Wednesday.
