Pre-Game Tabata Workout

Happy Super Bowl Sunday!
  What are your plans for the big game?  Are you hosting a party? 
I usually take Sundays as rest days from working out, however this morning I woke up in the mood for a sweaty Tabata workout. 
Here's what I did...
When I start the day with the right intentions I make better decisions through out the day.

  1. The vitamin pills I take now a days are though big and kind of hard to swallow, but they are of high quality. After taking them, my energy has gone up.
