Hi friends! Today I am sharing how I make a version of my pumpkin protein pancakes. I also shared a bit of what I do to spice up my turkey cutlets.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Wheat Bran Pancakes:
1/3 of a cup of 100% pure pumpkin puree
1/4 cup of wheat bran
5 egg whites (from eggs)
1/2 t. of baking powder
1/4 t. of salt
1 tbsp of truvia
1 cap full of vanilla extract (did not mention on vlog)
1 t. of ground cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg

Ingredients for Turkey Cutlets:
4 turkey cutlets
2 celery stalks (diced)
1 large carrot (peeled and diced)
1/2 of a large white onion
1 tbsp. of minced garlic (not mentioned)
1/4 to 1/2 cup of water
non stick cooking spray (for your pan)
Seasoning for Turkey Cutlets:
1 tbsp. of dried sage
1 tbsp. of dried oregano
1 t. of salt
1 t. of black pepper
1 t. of garlic powder
