Back to School Stair Interval WO

Happy HuMp Day!  Today's morning routine consisted of sending off my child to his 1st day as a "middle-schooler" (I swear time flies,) coffee and a super fun stair interval workout.  

Here's what I did...
 Below are links to similar workouts that can be adjusted to any fitness level.  If you do this routine, do not forget to do a warm up and to stretch after.  Your legs will be on fire!
