I hope you had a fabulous 4th of July. We had a pretty relaxed day. We stayed at home, took advantage of the grill and made enough protein for the week. As always, It is great to spend time with my hubby and child and that. is. just. what. we. did.
On to this WIA post!
Let me just start with today's breakfast...
I have been loving having oat bran instead of oatmeal for breakfast lately. I had about 1/2 of a tablespoon left in my sunflower seed butter jar, and in went the bran. I cooked my oat bran in water and flavored it with vanilla extract, stevia, cinnamon and turmeric. Perfection!
I had it with a side of egg whites and freshly ground coffee.

Meal 1 & 2
Meal 1: Egg-white "cream cheese" (light laughing cow cheese) watermelon crepe & oat bran
Meal 2: PerfectFit, unsweetened almond milk, peanut flour, stevia and watermelon shake
While working on our 4th of July fest...
I snacked on some Premium Turkey Jerky and cucumber slices...
Roasted cauliflower, apple-blueberry kale salad over a grilled portobello, chicken, steak and stuffed jalapenos.
Let's call this one Meal 5 & 6...
