Whatever your plans are for this 4th of July, remember to stick to your goals as much as you can.  Get that workout in early!  Go for healthier options, bring a veggie tray to that BBQ and keep alcohol to a 2 drink max. I am not a drinker, but if I am in the mood for a drink, I tend to go for a glass (or 2) of Champagne Brut.

 Drink responsibly, indulge a little and get back to it the next day. 
Remember it is not a diet, it is a lifestyle!
