35 minute Cardio Routine

I did this last Friday and it was a sweaty fest.  Great calorie burn in just 35 minutes!
Your legs will definitely feel this tomorrow.
But, remember that if you are at the point where you do not feel that muscle soreness after a workout the next day, it is time to intensify or change your routine.
