30/10- 10 minute Lunch Break Workout

Today's Lunch Break workout! If you have 10 minutes, a timer, space and a buddy (if you want) you can do this! We are going hard for 30 seconds and resting for 10.

  1. it is great that you have made a plan to workout and share but how can I find a place and confidence in an area full of coworkers and no privacy to bust out my moves?
