To the point: WIA Saturday (1500 kcal)

Here's what I ate today...
Meal 1: 
 1/2 cup of oat bran cooked in water, cinnamon and stevia, topped with 2 large strawberries.
Omelet: liquid egg whites stuffed with one cup of spinach and 1/2 cup of diced peppers siracha on top. 
1 cup of coffee 

Meal 2:
Meal 3:
Tuna salad with low carb bread.
1/2 of a homemade protein bar (recipe will be up soon,) topped with greek yogurt and 2 strawberries.
 Meal 4, 5 & 6:

as well as MFP total macros for the day:  Calories/  Proteins/  Carbs/  Fat/  Sugars/ Sodium.

Was it perfect?  Nope... but this was my Saturday!
