I started my journey almost 2 years ago. I can not believe that was me on the left. If I could say something to the old me, I would say: stop yo-yo dieting, love you body now and take care of it.
Be proud of your progress but, never satisfied!
If you are struggling with your weight or unhealthy eating, start NOW!! Remember that every effort counts, start out making small changes. Go for walks, try group classes and change your eating habits.
Do it for you and no one else. Be the best version of your self, I know you can do it!!!
I truly believe that if I can do it anyone can.
Start now, make the change and be patient!
Don't forget that one bad meal does not make you "fat" and one healthy meal does not reflect a 10 pound deficit on the scale.
Make it a habit, make it a lifestyle!
The only thing you will regret tomorrow is not starting today!
