Jump Rope Circuit # 3

Happy Monday!! 
I love incorporating jump ropes for a quick cardio session...  It really gets that heart rate going which allows you to burn tons of calories in a short amount of time.  I like mixing it up by adding toning moves in between to make the most out of my workout.

Try this routine!!
