Non Instagram WIATW!

Happy Sunday!! If you follow me on Instagram (@ahealthyfitrme,) you might have seen photos of what I had for breakfast this weekend.  
Here's the rest of what I ate this weekend...

Go-to snack this weekend!

 Yogurt and Fruit:
1/2 of an apple 
4 dried pineapple pieces
blueberry puffs (yes baby food snack)
1 tbsp. of sunflower seed
1/2 cup of non fat greek yogurt (Oikos)
cinnamon and stevia

Go-to drink: "Made at Home" Iced Green Tea
Quiche & Veggies
 Steamed Mussels
Sauteed Veggies

3 asparagus spears
2 cups of cabbage
1/4 cup of frozen peas
diced onions
1 cup of spinach

I loved and enjoyed all of my meals this weekend. Healthy and delicious! 

OHH!  Also, I will be going to FL with the family in 2 weeks for 14 days.   I am really looking forward to it since spring in Alaska doesn't seem to come soon enough.  Anyway, just to warn you I will be posting what I eat while on vacation to stay accountable, since we all know that it is easy to over indulge while on "vaca." I will try my best to limit my visits to self-served frozen yogurt places and dining out in general, but I plan to enjoy myself while staying on track with my health and fitness goals.   I also plan to keep logging my meals and workouts on MyFitnessPal.  Please, feel free to follow me on there if you wish @ahealthierfitterme, it is such a helpful tool.
