Dairy & Protein Powder Free: Berry-Nana Protein Shake

We are leaving to FL tonight!  YEY!  My mission this week was to clean out my fridge but, to make sure that no food went to waste. (I hate when that happens, don't you?)
On that note, please find below my Tofu Berry-Nana Protein Shake...

Ingredients:
3 oz of organic tofu (traditional)
1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
1/2 of a medium frozen banana
1 cup of water 
1 Truvia packet
a pinch of cinnamon
5 cups of ice

Directions:
Throw it all in a blender and adjust ice to water ratio, to get your perfect consistency.
This was the perfect post workout treat.

  1. My Naturopath recently suggested that I increase my protein intake at breakfast after looking at my daily food log and finding that I was coming up short on occasion. Best Protein Powder
