I am on MyFitnessPal ;o)

Happy Tuesday!  I wanted to let you know that I finally opened an account with MyFitnessPal.  I have been tracking all of my meals for a week now.  I highly recommend this website and app for meal tracking and calorie journal if you are on a weigh loss journey.   
If weigh loss is not what you are seeking, MFP also keeps track of Macro and Micro Nutrients and you could also add in your exercise routine.   There's even an area where you can create recipes, mingle with other health and fitness enthusiasts and for support.  

MFP is brilliant for accountability purposes and for keeping you on track on your health and fitness journey.

  1. I have been using MFP for a while and I really like it. Last month I found out that I have Type 2 Diabetes and MFP has been really helpful with tracking my carbs.
