Update: Whole-Foods No Crap Challenge

Happy New Year!  How's 2013 treating you so far?  Are you staying on track with your health and fitness goals?  As I mentioned last week I am doing another round of my Whole Foods- No Crap Challenge for at least the first 2 weeks of January.  I am also on my 3rd week of Insanity this week.  I have decided to Instagram & Tweet my meals and workouts and then do a weekly recap of meals on Sunday.  You can follow me on Instagram or Twitter if you wish: @ahealthyfitrme.  If you are doing the challenge with me, feel free to tag me your meal photos or workout progress so we can support each other.
