Insanity & What I Ate Yesterday #WFNCChallenge

Hello!  Yesterday was the first day of the second month of the Insanity Series.  The first workout on the schedule was Max Interval Circuit and... it was CRAZY!!!!  Although I have done Insanity in the past (last year), and have occasionally reached for the series for a good sweaty session after completing it, I have always avoided reaching for the second month of Insanity because... it is pure HELL!  No matter your fitness level, age or size you are guaranteed an awesome workout.  I did take a few extra "rests" in between circuits to avoid a heart attach catch my breath but, I did manage to complete this hour long workout.

I swear, it never gets easy...I'll do better next week though ;o)
