I had about a serving of almond butter left in the container and decided to throw in a scoop of frozen vanilla yogurt.
hmmmm.....let's continue with my "go-to" snack this weekend!
I love trail mix, I like this kind in particular because the ingredients are fruit, nuts and coconut oil. It's all good in moderation, of course.
and I just finished baking these babies...
hmmm, I smell trouble...lol
I also went for a 30 minute TM run this morning and did the HITT routine from ToneitUp for my workout yesterday.
