Short & Sweet Sunday Workout & Meals

How's everyone doing today?  I certainly appreciate getting an extra hour this week.  Geeez, I really need to catch up on sleep!  On that note, I woke up early this morning ready to tackle my workout.  
Here's what I did...


I really enjoy working out in the mornings.  I love the added boost of energy I get from it.  I have not shared my workouts on here for a little while now, due to my new work schedule I have to admit I have been lacking motivation.  I sense that November is going to be all about 20 mins or less morning workout routines for me.

Anyway...For my breakfast this morning I had egg-whites and veggies.
 Lunch consisted of chicken, greens, brown rice, guac and salsa...Yummo!

I love adding guacamole to my salads, it is the perfect addition and it serves as a good substitute for salad dressing...
Dinner!
