Guiltless Ramekin Apple Dessert

I know winter is right around the corner... However, before we get in to the holiday cookies, candies and other baked goods let's enjoy the best part of fall.  APPLES! Yummy Apples..
Here's a guiltless healthy way to use apples for your next dessert...
1 apple (any kind will work)
1/3 of 1 lemon (juice only)
1/2 t. of cinnamon
2 truvia pack
1 tbsp. of melted coconut oil

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.  Cut your apple in to small cubes and place into a mixing bowl. Combine in your lemon juice, cinnamon, truvia and coconut oil.  Place mixture in to a ramekin and put over a baking tray.  Bake for 30 minutes.   Let it cool for 5 minutes prior to devouring it. ;o)

My favorite way to eat this delish dessert is by pairing it with a dollop of  non fat apple pie Chobani on top!  Yummo!
