A Sex & The City kinda nite..

Hello! I hope you are enjoying your night.  Here's what we had for breakfast today... 
Scrambled eggs inside pita pockets.  I just used 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites and added a little guac inside my pita as well.  Nothing fancy...

 I know it looks like a lot of food however, I was starving after my workout.   This meal did the trick.
As for my workout this morning, I did the full body workout from my Element Pilates DVD.  It was about 1 hour and 18 minutes of true bliss. I have not done Pilates in a little while, and my body just wasn't in the mood for an intense cardio session today.  Pilates was just what I needed.
 For lunch I had a not so great looking delish soup...
 Kale and Shrimp soup (for 1.)
In my soup:
3 oz of shrimp
2 cups of kale
1 cup of vegetable stock
1 tbsp. of oyster sauce
1 t. of minced garlic
1 tbsp. of MCT oil
2 tbsp. of chopped white onion
1 1/2 cups of water
a pinch of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
a sprinkle of red pepper flakes

I also snacked on chips, guac, beans, and salsa while watching Sex & The City the movie....
I love me some Carrie Bradshaw, S&TC is my all time favorite TV show.
 and yes, that is a wine glass in the back...

I recognize that red wine is better for you, but I love white wine.  A glass of this California White Wine from Menage `a Trois was the perfect ending to my weekend.

BTW, I am calling that 3rd serving those chips and guac dinner.  ;o)
