Short & to the point: Some of WIA this weekend...

My breakfast consisted of this lil number below everyday last week (via Instagram)...
In my smoothie:
2 cups of kale (stem and all)
1/2 cup of Unsweetened Almond Breeze
1/2 cup of homemade carrot juice
1 cup of Yogi green tea
1 scoop of Perfect Fit Protein
1 tbsp. of Spirulina
a pinch of cinnamon
5 drops of vanilla liquid stevia
a handful of strawberries
5 ice cubes

Authentic greek salad from Bobby's, Vino & Fro-yo!
 Saturday's Instagramed b-fast...
Had another fro-yo for lunch...yummmo!
Saturday's family game night snack!
 
Sunday meals!
Breakfast this morning consisted of Nancy's organic yogurt with blueberries, sunflower seeds, cinnamon and 1 Truvia pack. 
While I do prefer greek yogurt, my hubby and son prefer Nancy's.  We always keep Nancy's at hand, there was a little left in the container and it became my b-fast today, delish!  I had my usual snack platter for lunch...
