Challenge is over! or is it? hmmm

Hi guys!  Firstly, I want to apologize for not posting this update on Monday as promised.  I had a sick household!  We are doing better today, though.

So now that the challenge is over I have been pretty much eating the same.  The truth is, that it did not feel like a challenge at all to me!
  The main reason why I wanted to cut out coffee, dairy and alcohol from my diet was because I felt I was over doing it with quantities.  All of these things are OK to have in moderation, but I was not doing that!

I don't want to depend on 5 cups of coffee to start up my day and do not wish to have cravings of wine (1/2 a bottle) and cheese (1 lb) every night.  I did not do this challenge to loose weight, I did it to train my body to crave fruits and veggies again, and not the above.  Since Monday, I have added a cup of coffee in the morning and and additional cup of water to my day.  I actually have not changed much about my eating except eating more of those Toneitup pancakes for breakfast.  

My measurements after the 7DSD:
Chest: 31"
Waist: 25 1/2"
Arms: 11 1/2
Thighs: 21
Hips: 35 1/2

As you know I no longer rely on my scale to document my progress, so I apologize for not having a lbs update for you. But here's a pic I took this morning!

  1. I used to be such a wine and cheese girl... ok, still am. I just don't consume it in the quantities that I used to. Moderation is definitely key! Glad your challenge wasn't a challenge for you at all. That's the great thing about well-established healthy habits!

    1. hahaha! I love me wine and cheese combos! I agree with you that moderation is key! Summer gatherings BBQ's are a killer though! This challenge was a great start to the fall/winter months ahead... ;o)
