I know that this question is based on curiosity because well, I have lost weight and blog about my food, and workouts. I understand because this number used to be the most important thing about this journey to me. It was what my meals and workouts for the day depended on and it also determined my mood for the day. It was either the joy or the sadness/frustration of my day.
A quick answer to my most asked question EVER! "How much do you weight?" The answer is: I do not know. The reason why I don't know, is because I stopped weighting-in a few months ago, right after my Juice Fast to be exact! I found that if I could go 3 days without any weigh-ins and still eat healthily I could do it for the rest of my life. I was obsessing over the number in the scale and refused to continue to be a slave of it. This is really when I felt that I was on my way to becoming healthier!
Disclaimer: I am not recommending you to do this, this is just something that I chose to do for my self.
On that note here's a 1 year photo update:
Beginning, 6 month mark, current.
If you absolutely need to know the answer to this question... In the center I was 122 lbs. Have I gained a lil weight? Maybe! But I don't care to find out. I am not willing to jeopardize the happiness of my day by getting upset over a number.
Give your scale to your enemies, it will haunt them~ by: someone very smart.
