Ok, back to food! I have been doing great with the Whole Foods-No Crap Challenge so far. I have been
experiencing a few headaches due to the lack of caffeine, I'm guessing. But,
I have been feeling extremely full and practically forcing some of my meals down
because I tend to forget to eat, especially my breakfast and
lunch...I'm just not hungry!
Day 4 Meals:
Breakfast
Instagramed Lunch
Dinner
Day 5 meals:
Instagramed B-fast
Lunch
Snack
Dinner
