Day 3 of the WF-NC Challenge

Happy Labor Day! 
It is day 3 of the challenge click here for yesterday's meals.
Breakfast consisted of a broccoli turkey 4 egg white scramble, a side of cucumber, tomatoes and a sprouted toast with hummus.
After my Insanity Upper Body Weight Training I had a protein smoothie.
In my smoothie:
1 PerfectFit Protein packet
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 of a frozen banana
1/2 cup of Unsweetened Almond Breeze
3/4 cup of water
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of ice 

For lunch I had 1 cup of my couscous salad and a baked chicken breast. I forgot to take a picture as I was starving.
For dinner I had a Boca Burger on grilled portobello mushrooms, shredded cabbage, onion, apple slices, mustard and 1/2 of a small avocado with a side of steamed brussels sprouts.
Not craving dairy nor caffeine yet!  Doing good so far!

  1. Are those jalapenos in your eggs? My hubby is like that- he spices up everything! I'm happy w/ just a dash of Sriracha :) I think I'd totally fail this 'no crap' challenge but I think it's a great foundation for a lot of people who want to make a diet overhaul!

    1. Yes! I'm doing good so far, actually feeling super full! I love Siracha too! I was never a fan of any spicy foods particularly jalapenos until my hubby told me that spicy foods helps metabolism so I just told my self "I like jalapenos, I like jalapenos" and now I am in love with all things spicy! Love them! BTW Thanks so much for the Liebster's award tag, I have gotten tag 3 times now and still have not posted it! Working on it! Thank you! ;o)
