Hello everyone! I know I have been slacking with my exercise posts this week. We just got back from a trip and I started a new job yesterday. I have to get back to the swing of things and adjust to a new routine in order to balance, work, blogging, being a wife, parenting and staying healthy and fit at the same time. We are also going to a military marriage retreat this weekend however; I will be sharing what I eat and workouts during that time.
For my workout this morning I did the RushFit by George St-Pierre Core workout. I have been enjoying this workout series so much. The workouts are about 1 hour long which includes a 10 minute warm up and a 5 minute cool down. Very challenging moves and works your entire body!
Highly recommend them!
Have you tried these workouts? Any thoughts?
For my breakfast this morning I had a green smoothie and a gluten free rice cake with a homemade hummus spread.
In my smoothie...
1 tbsp. of Spirulina
1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
1/2 of a frozen banana
1 tbsp. of PB2
1 PerfectFit protein pack
1 cup of ice
5 drops of liquid vanilla stevia
a pinch of Cinnamon
We have new free fitness classes on post! I am planning on trying the Core Blaster Pilates after work.
I guess it is a Core day for me!! ;o)
It is Friday Eve!!! Have a good day! ttys...

That is the greenest green smoothie I've ever seen. I'm not sure I could have tackled it. So kudos to you!
ReplyDeleteLOL Amy! It was delish, the Spirulina took over for sure! I did not get enough veggies yesterday, I don't want to make the same mistake today! At least some of my green food is covered for the day with this smoothie! Thanks for stopping by! ;o)
