Packing meals!

It's a new day!  Out with the old in with the new!  I love the significance of mornings; a new chance to start over!  Are you are morning person? I am!

Up since 4:30am!!! Today is my full first day at work and after all the wine indulgence I had over the weekend I want to make sure that my meals are on point this week.  I'm having a hard boiled egg with a handful of grapes for breakfast.  This has been my "go to" breakfast lately because when I'm in a rush it is the easiest thing to grab! LOL
 For snacks I packed 3 gluten free rice cakes, baby carrots and an apple.
I'm doing my 2nd 5K race on September 1st.  Therefore, I made sure I got a 30 min run on TM (@ level 6) this morning.  I am also planning on attending a Pilates group class after work, if time permits.

For lunch I packed a grilled Boca vegan burger and a sliced tomato over broccoli slaw.
Preparation is key!!

As for the rest of my day...
I am working on a guest post recipe, a post tag response and visiting a friend who just had a baby last week!!  So happy and excited for her!
