Meals for the day & Cardio Core & Balance

Good Morning!  It is a super duper early day for me today!  I have to be at work at 6:30 am, yikes!  I decided to pack all of my meals (including breakfast) in order to have enough time for a workout this morning.  We are heading to Chena Hot Springs (a 2 1/2 hour drive) for a marriage retreat straight after work so I wont have time to work out later.
For breakfast I packed a handful of grapes, a nectarine and a hard boiled egg.  For lunch I am having my left over chicken salad over baby spinach leaves and a serving (15) of Kashi Go' Lean crackers.  For my snacks I packed brown sugar & sea salt seaweed chips and a handful of baby carrots. 

For my workout this morning I did the Cardio Core & Balance from the Insanity series.

Do you pack your meals for the day to work or do you get to go home for lunch?
