Meal Packing again?? geeeeez!

As you may have noticed, this week I have been packing all of my meals to work.  Breakfast, snacks etc.  I find that this is going to be an everyday thing until I get used to my early morning 8 hour work day schedule again.  I need to get more creative with my meals.  I'll do better next week.

As always I did my daily detox with 20 oz of room temperature water and the juice of 1/2 a lemon.  I also did a shot of 1/2 cup of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of raw apple cider vinegar. For breakfast I packed 2 eggs and an apple.  Are you shocked?  This is such a time saver meal for me, easy to grab and packed with protein and healthy fats!  I did not pack any of my snacks because I still have some fruit and raw veggies sitting in the refrigerator at work.  For lunch I am having a tuna salad...
To my salad went: 2 tbs of plain nonfat Chobani, diced onions, 1 chopped celery stalk salt and pepper.  For the rest of it, I threw in veggies I had in the fridge: broccoli slaw, radishes, jalapenos, a pickle, diced cucumbers, more onions and soy beans.
I did Insanity's Pure Cardio for my workout this morning.  Thank goodness for workout DVDs!
As I mentioned above, next week I'll have a better menu for all of my meals.  I'm planning to be a kitchen slave on Sunday.
