I challenge everyone reading this post to a “Whole Foods No
Crap” Challenge.
This means cleaning up your pantry and getting rid of all the junk to leave
room for the good stuff. This also
means, cooking all of your meals, drinking ½ of your body weight per day in oz. of water and
planning to dedicate at least 30 minutes to physical activity daily.
