 I challenge you to 30 days “Whole Foods No Crap” Challenge.  This means cleaning up your pantry and getting rid of all the junk to leave room for the good stuff.  This also means, cooking all of your meals, drinking ½ of your body weight per day in ounces of water and planning to dedicate at least 30 minutes to physical activity daily.  
DETAILS:

SAY NO TO:
DAIRY (no cheese, no yogurt, no milk) *optional
CAFFEINE (no soda, no coffee) *optional
TABLE SUGARS – (no Splenda, sweet & low, equal crap)
WHITE ANYTHING (no cakes, no white rice, no cookies, no white pasta, no white bread)
STORE Bought SALAD DRESSINGS
SALT
LITE, SUGAR FREE, FAT FREE JUNK
PROCESSED FOODs
ALCOHOL *you wish it was optional, don't you!
MSG
INGREDIENTS you can't pronounce

Get at least 7 HOURS OF SLEEP every night
GET AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY EVERYDAY
