Hope everyone is having a fantastic day! As always I had my 2 tbsp. of Bragg's raw apple cider vinegar mixed with 4 oz of 100% organic pineapple juice and, my 20 oz of room temperature lemon water this morning.
Morning Workout:
1/2 cup of plain non fat Chobani 1 packet of PerfectFit protein powder
1/2 of a frozen banana
1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 tbs of AOI sweet matcha tea
5 vanilla liquid stevia drops
1 cup of ice
My lunch was a grilled tilapia salad! Delish!
Grilled tilapia, broccoli slaw, onions, grilled pineapples, nuts, unsweetened dry cranberries over spinach and my grapefruit mint dressing.
For my snack I had a small bowl of homemade popcorn.
Thursdays are taco nights at our house! It's our favorite meal of the week... Mexican food is just so festive and fun even if our tacos are wrapped in chard leaves instead of tortilla shells.

I never considered using matcha in a smoothie, but now that you mention it... that sounds like a great idea!
