TGIF the 13th!

Happy Friday the 13th, y'all!!! 

I have heard great things about the Jillian Michaels' 30DayShred over Twitter.  A friend of mine owns a copy and let me borrow it for a couple of weeks to try.  I ended up doing the level 3 workout from the series and a 2 mile run for my workout this morning.  

If you are just starting with a fitness routine this is a good DVD to own.  I love that it goes by levels allowing you to change your workouts as you progress with the program.  Although,  the 30DayShred was a nice addition to my morning workout, I don't see my self reaching for this DVD as a "stand alone" workout routine.

Breakfast was another delicious matcha smoothie.

For lunch I had a hummus, gluten free crackers, 1/2 of a cucumber, onion slices, a pickle, rosted turkey slices and a plum, platter.

Have you tried the 30dayShred?  Any thoughts?
