Some of WIA this weekend

I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend!  Today is my Yoga day!  I love finishing my week with a good stretch and meditation, it relaxes me and gets me ready to tackle the new week ahead.

My breakfast today was a Mexican inspired omelet.  I still had some left over black bean salsa in the fridge and decided to incorporate it into my morning meal.

Yesterday Chris and I went to Fairbanks, AK for some needed shopping.  Our first stop was at Starbucks! Over twitter the CJnutrition girls are always flaunting their matcha tea and I have been dying to try it. Willow (who's originally from East Alaksa) suggested trying the matcha latte from Starbucks, prior to investing on the real thing...It was fantastical!

To my surprise, a  Sipping Streams tea store recently opened within walking distance from the Starbucks, I made a quick stop there while Chris checked out GameStop.   With the help of Rachel (who by the way was so knowledgeable and helpful) I decided to purchase the sweet matcha green tea from the Aoi Tea Company.    I can't even tell you how excited I am to have this in my hands...It is so delicious, I can not wait for Joe to try this!
I <3 U!

We ended up hitting the Fred Meyer's salad bar for a late lunch, I also shared some sushi with my little sushi lover!!!! I love Fred Meyer's organic section, their prices are pretty reasonable.  For those that always ask me "where do you get your organic/healthy stuff in Alaska"; Fred Meyer, Vitacost & FullCircleFarms.

If we are friends on Instagram, you already know that we also stopped for some frozen yogurt before heading back to Delta.
Delish!

OHHH!  I wanted to let you guys know that Lori over at Get Fit Naturally and a fellow SweatPink Ambassador is throwing a blog hop party.  If you are a blogger you should participate, if you are a reader this is a great way to find new blogs to love and enjoy.  I hope you check it out!
