P90X will have to wait ;o(

I woke up early today with the intention of doing my next scheduled P90X workout.  However, my hubby took one of the DVDs with him and now the series I have is incomplete.  I will be postponing the P90X plan, until Joe comes back from training.   After realizing this, I decided to do 2 rounds of the HIIT the Beach from the Beach Babe DVD by ToneitUp

I also did a 5 minute warm up on my TM at level 7. 
For my breakfast I had a hard boiled egg and 1/2 of a grapefruit, with my usual almond milk latte.

I need groceries BAD!  I had a bit left of my prepackaged spinach & lettuce, I threw in a few veggies, an orange, tuna and some siracha in to the container.  Also, 2 organic brown rice cakes on the side.

I am a big fan of Siracha, I put it on everything.  Are you a fan too?
I love the extra boost of energy I get from a morning workout.  Do you prefer to workout in the morning or in the afternoon (or both?)

  1. You're fantastic - I really admire the morning exercisers. For me, breakfast always wins, and I exercise late morning or at lunch.

    1. Awww! Thanks Kate, so are you! I'm now an email subscriber on your blog! Yes, sometimes breakfast needs to come first for me too...I go into trends, lately I've been loving the morning workouts, and sneaking an afternoon one too (sometimes) Have a great day!
