Something new I have been doing this week, is having ½ cup
of organic pineapple juice mixed with 2 tbs of organic raw apple cider vinegar,
on an empty stomach, then I go on to do my morning workout and have my lemon
water after my apple cider vinegar concoction and during my workout. WHY? I do
this for energy, electrolytes, and of course as my daily detoxification prior
to my intense morning workout.

I had a green smoothie; I used the sample of OL Pea Protein powder I received with

I had a little cottage cheese for my snack while at work…coffee
& lots of water today!
I had pizza for lunch!
I used an Ezekiel sprouted tortilla, warmed it on a grilling
pan.
1 tbs of tofutti cheese
About a cup of leafy greens
Sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms
1 chicken breast
A nutritional yeast on top, Siracha and jalapenos…
YUMMO!
I'm about to start my Summer Arms workout from the Tone It Up! Beach Babe DVD & a 10 min kettle bell workout before heading out for a fun game of volleyball with a bunch of competitive guys. FUN!
Fish, asparagus and sweet potatoes is the plan for dinner! Have a lovely day!
