Plateau/Slimdown Day # 4

Today was the best day so far, I loved all of my meals.I had my lemon and apple cider vinegar water.

Love this sparkling water by Cascade, infused with organic fruit...yummy!!!




AM Workout: Insanity's Cardio Core & Balance 40 mins

Bfast: Tomato, mushrooms and onion omelet and 1/2 cup of oats


20 oz of water

Snack: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese & 1 tbs of sunflower seeds, sweetened with stevia (same as day 2)

1/2 cup of almond milk with coffee

Lunch: 1 spiralized zucchini and 6 oz of grilled lemon pepper tilapia


Snack: 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of raspberries, 7 almonds crushed, stevia and cinnamon

Dinner: taco salad! 1/2 cup of ground turkey 2 cups of cabage, with tomatoes, cucumber, onions,  jalapenos, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, and 2 tbs of hot salsa.


Had a cup of chai tea after dinner.
