Plateau/Slim Down Day# 3

Hola!  Woke up a little late this morning I only had 30 mins for my morning workout.  As always I had my lemon/apple cider vinegar water.


AM Workout: Insanity's Cardio Abs, and 15 mins of kettle bells

Breakfast: 2 Ezekiel toast, with 1 tbs of tofutti cheese, and 2 slices of turkey meat, 3 egg whites & 1/2 cup of peppers (scrambled)


20 oz of water and coffee with 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk and stevia

Snack 1: a serving of baby carrots and 3 tbs of hummus


20 oz of water & Chai Tea with 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Lunch: Albacore tuna salad (tomatoes, jalapenos, pico, onions and nutritional yeast)



PM Workout: 40 min Body Sculpt from BBDVD & 1 hour of volleyball

20 oz of water

Dinner: a chicken breast cut in half, 4 cherry tomatoes and 2 cups of green beans (nutritional yeast over green beans and siracha over chicken)


Note to self: do not skip the afternoon snack, I was STARVING when I got home!  So, after dinner I had 1 cup of non fat plain greek yogurt sweetened with stevia and cinamon and 7 almonds crushed. 

I'm having chamomille tea and then it is off to bed.  Have a lovely night!
