Plateau/Slim Down Day # 2

Happy Tuesday!  Hope everyone had a great day!  Today was a bit difficult for me, I was not hungry at all!!!!  I did not get all of my meals in ;o(  BUT, I did add extra goodies to my dinner to make up for that (calorie wise.).  As always I had my lemon and apple cider water in the morning. 

(Hubby got me tulips before he left awwww...I <3 tulips!)

AM workout: HIIT workout from the BBDVD x 2 and the summer arms workout (aprox 50 mins)

Breakfast: 4 eggwhites, baby arugula (omelet style) & 1/2 cup of old fashion oats cooked in a cup of water, vanilla liquid stevia, salt and cinnamon.


I had Chai tea with 1/2 cup almond milk in between b-fast and snack.  Also 20 oz of water.

Snack 1: Same as yesterday, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1 tbs of sunflower seeds sweetened with stevia and cinnamon


Lunch: 6 oz of chicken, 2 cups of lettuce, onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, 5 walnuts crushed, 2 tbs of pico, and jalapenos and a pinch of nutritional yeast


20 oz of water 

PM Workout: Spin Class (45 mins) 32 oz of water

Dinner:  I had a green smoothie + 2 tbs of almond butter

I have been feeling super full! I never eat this much protein, I think my body is taking time to adjust.

Today was OK, I miss my fruit!  I'm going to do more veggies tomorrow!  We'll see! Have a lovely night!
