OK! Had a hard time getting up this morning, I think I over did it yesterday. I listened to my body (which was screaming for a rest day) and decided to do the AM Yoga by Element. I love this yoga DVD because it is about 35 minutes, you get a really good stretch, meditation, but also cardio. I just feel ready to tackle my day after I’m done with this workout.
My b-fast this morning was very rushed and sad. I had 2 WASA crackers with 1 tbs of my better than store bought hummus and cottage cheese with ½ of a sweet potato, I added a little vanilla liquid stevia and cinnamon
to sweeten it up a bit.
Work Snack!
I wish they sold more flavors of Larabar at my commissary! I'm waiting for a good online deal to stock up on other flavors.
I went to the gym for my 2nd TRX section (did I
mention I’m sore as heck) since I drove all the way there, I decided to go
for a 2 mile run on the TM. When I got home I decided to do the long and lean workout from the Tone it UP Beach Babe DVD for my stretch.
Lunch! I had a gigantic crazy salad for lunch: lettuce, broccoli slaw, the rest of my sweet potato, chicken, salsa, jalapeno, tomatoes, siracha and apple cider vinegar...
There's a spinning class at 4:30 pm, I'm thinking about going, not sure. For now, I am going to relax and enjoy the rest of the day. It is taco night at our house and I'm really looking forward to that!
