Healthy Orange Julius

What I used:

1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup of homemade carrot juice
1/2 cup of soy milk
1/2 cup of water
1 tbsp. of flaxseeds (an egg white, or 1/2 of a frozen banana are good subs)
1 t. of orange zest
1 drop of vanilla flavored liquid stevia
1 1/2 cups of ice

Throw all ingredients in your blender, blend for 1-2 minutes.  Enjoy!
